The miracle of recovery can be yours too

Complete Harmony

Some seeking recovery may prefer an alternative to the traditional 12 step method. Complete Harmony offers a non-12 step, holistic approach to addiction recovery. We understand that the traditional model of recovery may not be favorable to all individuals. Whether you struggle with labels such as “disease” or “addict”, or prefer a more evidence-based approach to sobriety, Complete Harmony teaches the tools you need to get sober and stay sober.

Regardless of the reasons for seeking non 12-step treatment, we offer a customized treatment plan that will fit your needs. Everyone entering treatment has a different set of circumstances in their lives that led them to seek recovery. Our flexible treatment options equip us to address and treat many different obstacles that may affect a person. Each individual's personal hurdles will be addressed upon intake, and a custom treatment plan will be created for their needs.

Our non 12-step treatment approach focuses on the mental, physical, and emotional aspects of recovery. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a solution based approach to address addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients learn new life skills through individual and group therapy sessions that will enable them to handle the stresses of life without using drugs or alcohol.

If you feel non-traditional addiction treatment is for you, take the first step toward a new life and call to learn more about what our program has to offer.
